Gerald Riley, MBA, Director of Administrative Services
Gerald Riley came to Crossroads as our Director of Administrative Services after 12 years as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Charles River Arc in Needham. Previously he held similar positions at other non-profit agencies such as the Two-Ten Foundation in Waltham and Lutheran Social Services of New England. Aside from his diverse work experience, his professional education, having earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from Boston College makes the fit at Crossroads School for Children a great match. He is a seasoned financial manager with multiple years of experience handling the financial affairs of non-profit organizations. Better know as Jerry, he is a hands on manager and a welcome addition to our administrative team. In his private life, Jerry is a resident of Natick with his wife and two sons. He enjoys sports, including fishing, in his spare time.
