At what times can my child receive services?
Currently, services are provided Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. In some cases, arrangements may be made for earlier morning hours. Weekend services are considered based on staff availability. These arrangements are made on a client-by-client basis with special consideration of the clinical need and staffing location and availability.
Who can receive services?
Your child can receive services if your insurance provider supports ABA services, your child meets their criteria, and we accept your insurance, or your educational TEAM agrees to fund services.
What insurance funding do you accept?
We are credentialed with Optum (Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, United Healthcare, Partners HealthCare), Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tufts Health Plan. We also accept single-case-agreements on a case-by-case basis.
What is the difference between district-funded and insurance-funded Home Services?
District funded services are initiated by a member of your educational TEAM and are based on your child’s educational needs. Insurance-funded services are based on your child’s medical needs.
What if my child already receives insurance-funded Home Services through Crossroads, can I receive services during the day?

What if my child already receives district-funded Home Services through Crossroads, can I receive services during the daytime?
Yes, if you are also eligible for insurance-funded services. Please contact us at email@example.com for more info.
What if my child already receives Home Services from another provider?
Insurance providers will only allow you to have one provider per service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
What if my child is not eligible for ABA Services through my medical insurance?
If we do not accept your insurance or your insurance does not cover ABA services, families can choose to pay out of pocket.
