Crossroads Continuum is holding a vaccine clinic for students, staff and their family members. All dose of the vaccine will be available. Please register to ensure adequate vaccine supplies. Walk-in appointments will also be welcome. Staff may bring students to their vaccine when permissions forms are completed during registration.

*Please note. If 10 or more first doses are given at the clinic, they will return for a second dose clinic. If there is less than 10, the state does not guarantee a 2nd clinic.
